Tuesday 11 May 2021 at 7.00 pm.
 
Members of the public are most cordially invited to attend, although social distancing to meet covid restrictions and the wearing of face masks will be strictly adhered to throughout the Meeting. Members of the public will have the opportunity to comment or ask questions during the Open Session preceding the Meeting.

                       To approve the Annual Governance Statement and the Accounting Statements for audit for the financial period 1 April 2020 – 31 March 2021, including the dates for the Notice of Period of Exercise of Public Rights. To consider Accounts/Reviews including insurance/renewal, etc.
           b)         Expenditure & Invoices for Payment

            a.         Village Hall Committee
            b.         Speeding/Traffic Calming, Speed Gun & Reactive Signage – to consider any important issues relating to any of these items.

Church Damaged Floodlight & Churchyard Tree requiring attention – Vice-Chairman to report on light. Clerk has contacted Diocese;
             ELDC – Planning Applications – To consider any applications or decisions received Financial Assistance – To consider any requests for donations;
Funding/Donation towards the Magna Messenger – To consider contributing to the village newsletter;
Drains, Pot-holes, Sewerage & Street Light Problems – To note progress made in these matters or further action required;
Defibrillator – Chairman to update on any progress;
Encroached Footpaths – To update on any progress made or further action required;
Flagpole – To consider when it might be possible for action to be taken;
Maintenance of village flower tyres – To consider any further planting, etc;
Refurbishment of village sign and purchase of village entrance gate – To note progress made on these items
